Epsilon Epsilon Alumni Foundation (EEAF) is established to assist the recruiting efforts of Stillman College and other Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and to support members of the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter at Stillman College through financial scholarships, student achievement awards, and leadership trainings.
We aim to provide scholarships of $1000 to $2500, for a total of $25,000 each year to ten high school students accepted & enrolled at Stillman College or other HBCUs.
We are a 501©(3) Corporation, providing financial scholarships and leadership trainings to incoming college students, encouraging them to attend Stillman College or other HBCUs.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission. All donations are tax deductible.

The EEA Foundation is a corporation organized in the State of Georgia, exclusively for religious, charitable, educational, literary, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law), including the making of distributions to organizations exempt at the time under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law).
The Corporation is organized specifically to: Provide financial scholarships to high school students, HBCUs, Community Guide Right Scholarship, Cultural awareness and community service activities, Stillman College Atlanta Alumni Association, Lawrenceville-Duluth (GA) Alumni Chapter and similar service based organizations.
The EEA Foundation shall contribute to the advancement and improvements of the quality of life in its area of operation and within the alumni foundation. We will provide scholarships for various individuals, support community organizations, and recruit students attending HBCUs.
The EEAF shall conduct and engage in cultural, humanitarian, educational, community training services, and other activities that contribute to and allow for the fulfillment of students purpose and objectives attending HBCU's.
The EEAF will not accept invitations nor participate in activities that are discriminatory or exclusionary based simply on race, color, religion, national origin or sex.
The purpose of the EEAF shall be to support the various High School Guide Right Program Financial Scholarships and Community Service activities of the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Stillman College (Ala), Stillman College Atlanta Alumina Association. Tuscaloossa Alumni Association and Lawrenceville-Duluth (GA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated and other organizations with similar community service guides.
